Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketer at Chia Network, you will join our growing Marketing team and play a pivotal role in launching our brand story to the world. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, you will be instrumental in executing our digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on social media and paid media initiatives. This collaborative role requires a hands-on approach to campaign implementation, data analysis, and an eagerness to contribute ideas as we establish and optimize our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute social media content strategies: Schedule, publish, and monitor content across various social platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, industry-specific forums) to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage paid media campaigns: Assist in the setup, launch, and daily management of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance: Track key metrics for social media and paid campaigns, providing regular reports on performance, insights, and initial recommendations for optimization.
- Support content distribution: Work closely with the content team to ensure effective promotion of blog posts, white-papers, videos, and other marketing assets through digital channels.
- Create and optimize website pages: Designing and optimize landing pages to drive conversions, and assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of the corporate website using web builders and CMS platforms.
- Conduct market research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and platform changes to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the Director of Corporate Marketing, content creators, and other marketing team members to align digital efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in social media management and paid media execution.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar).
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with web builders/CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or similar) to create and update website content.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms (MAPs) or CRM systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of data privacy principles and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to digital marketing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing in the blockchain, fintech, or B2B technology space.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
